1997 saw the birth of LEEDS UNIVERSITY BREAKERS (LUU Breakers). Our society was the brainchild of a group of innovative B-boys and girls with a vision. This vision is now a 10 year long reality. We have grown in both strength and numbers, battling to win on any dance floor in any city.
We have training sessions three times a week in "Stylus", "The Info Point" or "The Riley Smith Hall" within the Leeds University Union. Monday and Wednesday from 17:00-19:00 and Friday 15:00-17:00.
We hold a beginner’s class every Monday and Wednesday from 17:00-18:00 at the same location.
Society is open to breakers of all levels.

You can sign up for the academic year 08-09 by attending one of our numerous weekly training sessions. Society costs £15 for the year or £1 per session.
